Dough: In a bowl put flour mixed with baking powder, diced butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and egg. Mix first with your fingertips then knead until you get a tender dough that can be stretched. Add more flour if the dough requires. In the tray lined with baking paper, spread the sheet.

Filling: Mix the cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar well until it dissolves. Add the egg, pudding powder, lemon juice and raisins. Mix well then pour the composition over the dough in the pan. Bake at 180 degrees and leave until lightly browned on top. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Glaze: In a bowl, mix the apple juice (the juice to be green) with the sugar and pudding powder. Homogenize and put on fire. Stir continuously until it thickens, remove from the heat, allow to cool a little (not much) then pour over the cake so warm. Let cool for a few hours then portion and serve.
