More About This Recipe

  • Mini slices of pumpkin pie-flavored jelly shots are fun to serve or bring to the party!I have a confession to make about these shots – they actually have no pumpkin in them. Stay with me! If you make them with actual pumpkin you end up a jelly shot that's a little grainy. It’s not bad, but it’s not the best.Instead, I use pumpkin liqueur to add that pumpkin flavor, and Yoplait yogurt to give the shots a creamy texture. It works perfectly and makes for a really fun and seasonal jelly shot that's great for Halloween or Thanksgiving.Just before serving, cut the pies into quarters and top each shot with some whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.Pretty easy, but they sure do look impressive. Not to mention they're really tasty! But be responsible – probably not a good idea to eat a whole pie by yourself!
