packets (1/4 oz.) unflavored gelatin
cup Yoplait® Light Yogurt Very Vanilla or Yoplait® Light Yogurt Pumpkin Pie
teaspoon ground nutmeg
small graham cracker pie crusts in tins
Whipped cream, for topping
In a small pot, combine water, pumpkin liqueur, and sugar. Heat until steaming, but not boiling. Sprinkle gelatin packets over the liquid and stir until dissolved.
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and food coloring. Slowly add in wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour gelatin mixture into pie crusts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Slice the little pies into quarters and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.
