I understand that it is better to sell refrigerated meat than to stay with it, but it doesn't seem nice to transfer the care to the consumer. I would get almost without exception, half of the meat I buy pre-packaged, which I would not do if I did not need certain pieces that are not sold otherwise. For example, the chicken muscle, which is not sold in small quantities and with which I have nothing to do but eat it or throw it away, as it cannot be frozen.
The last time I bought it, I couldn't take less than 900 grams. I decided to cook the whole amount, thinking that I could eat the leftovers in sandwiches the next day. Which I did. I divided the meat into three and marinated it for an hour. I marinated some of the meat with fatty yogurt, chives and a tablespoon of tikka masala spice.
Another part was marinated with citrus (you can use oranges, tangerines, clementines, lime) and sweet mustard, plus some olive oil and a little salt.
The third part was marinated with sweet and sour sauce (from the Chinese), hot peppers and chives. After they are marinated, I fried them on the grill, on baking paper (outside you have no reason to put the baking paper, it helps a lot in the house).
